KnowTheMethod is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Vault, Engine, indicators, Tracker, examples, and related materials are general decision-support and educational tools. They are not individualized financial, investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or prop-firm advice.

Trading risk and responsibility

Futures, leveraged products, and active trading involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. You remain solely responsible for deciding whether to trade, confirming market information, defining invalidation and risk, selecting position size, placing and managing orders, and complying with your broker, platform, account, and applicable rules.

KnowTheMethod does not guarantee profits, winning trades, account growth, prop-firm evaluations, payouts, or any other result. No course, tool, setup, indicator, score, or example removes trading risk.

What the tools mean

• Directional bias is analysis, not prediction or certainty.
• Strategy environment fit is not win probability, expected return, or proof that a setup has triggered.
• Indicators highlight configured conditions. They do not decide whether a trade should be taken.
• KnowTheMethod does not automatically place, manage, copy, reverse, or close brokerage orders.
• The customer is responsible for manual execution, risk controls, and review.

Data and third-party services

Market data may be delayed, stale, incomplete, unavailable, or different from data shown by a broker or execution platform. Verify actionable prices, contracts, sessions, and event information through appropriate current sources before making a trading decision.

Third-party products and services—including market-data providers, TradingView, Obsidian, Python components, browsers, brokers, exchanges, and prop-firm programs—may change, restrict access, interrupt service, or fail independently of KnowTheMethod. KnowTheMethod does not control those services.

Prop-firm and brokerage rules can change. Limits, drawdown methods, prohibited behavior, payout requirements, news restrictions, and other terms must be independently verified through the provider's current official materials.

Examples and Tracker data

Historical charts, when specifically identified as historical, are shown for education only and are not trade recommendations or performance claims. Synthetic diagrams and illustrative examples are not historical market data. Past or illustrated behavior does not guarantee future results.

Tracker records are stored locally in the customer's browser. KnowTheMethod does not upload trade history. Clearing browser/site data, changing browsers or local ports, device failure, or storage limits can affect access to local records. Export and retain Tracker backups regularly.
